Appointment Policy

​

Arriving late will take away valuable time from your appointment. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment for the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation/no show policy for details).

We ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to have on file when booking their appointment. We try to provide a courtesy reminder of an upcoming appointment, but it is ultimately the client's responsibility to remember their appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

​

At MIRA we have a 24-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy in place to ensure patients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 24 hours will have the following fee automatically charged to the credit card on file:

 

Consultations: $75

Injectables: $100

Facial will incur a charge of 50% of the original service amount.
 

If a patient has cancelled or no shows 3 times, they may be discharged as a patient from MIRA Aesthetics or be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking an appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated.

Right To Refuse Service

​

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere.

Refund Policy

​

We do not offer refunds on any services provided. Results can vary from person to person. We do our best to achieve the desired outcome, but it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

​

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

No refunds on gift certificate purchases.

Children Policy

​

We strive to give you the best experience, a relaxing and safe environment, along with respecting other patients within the spa. We love children, but we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment.

Pet Policy

​

We love animals, but we ask that you please make arrangements for your pets prior to your appointment, unless it is a service animal. This ensures the safety of your animal as well as other patients.
